Are you that kind of a person who loves to take a walk around the neighborhood?. You never knew your new neighbor got a new dog, or you are

the neat guy that wants to clean up your external window on a sunny day and you literally stirs up a honey nest.

 

Exposing yourself as target of a sting operation!.
Stings and bites is never a funny matter. There are several home remedies at your finger tip.

Although, Bites and stings can be dangerous and deadly if not properly managed. I.e from animals like raccoon, squirrels and other wild animals. Its advisable to consult a physician for a medical check up. Some marine animal stings and bites can really call for a proper medical care. 

If eventually you are left with symptoms like vomiting, swollen mouth, faint. Etc. It might be any sign of infection.

Urine

I know it sound absurd and funny. But, it actually works for stings and bite injuries/cuts sustained from marine animal. e.g jellyfish. Its advisable to pee into any cup/container at sight and pour directly to the infected area. As the (pH) level of urine immediately dissolves venom those animals injected on the skin.

Plantains

In the case of a bee/mosquito stings, take some leave and rinse off, chew the leaf in your mouth and wads of plantain right on the bite for instant relief.

Its a very common plant loaded with "Tannin" a chemical that acts as astringent skin tightening and other tissues so that irritations and inflammation are reduced and infection are drawn out of the skin.

 A poultice/plaster for Dog bites

Firstly, make sure you scrub the area of the bite thoroughly with soap and water.
To make the plaster
A handful plantain leaves is required washed put into the blender with a little hot water and blend. Put the mixture on the wound. Apply heat over it for about 30 mins. Change of the poultice should be 3times a day.

Olive leaf
This prevent infections that might arise from the bite(s). Its known as a natural anti bacterial.
