Ways to get rid of bad breath


(Mouth odor) Halitosis as always been a huge oral problem to overcome by many, they feel embarrassed when
friends, family reacts to their offensive breath when they speak. No matter how much you brush or floss. The problem still seems frustrating.

Halitosis in most cases recorded can’t be totally cured with mouth washes, fluoride toothpaste, chewing of fresh mint Etc. they only mask it temporarily.

Below are tested natural and alternative remedies recommended cure. But, before we go deep into the cure looking at the causes will make us learn more on the causes and avoid it.

MAJOR CAUSES OF MOUTH ODOR

    Intake of sugary processed foods as the sugary content are left on the tongue i.e. carefully check foods that as barley malt, brown rice syrup, cane juice, fruit juice concentrate, galactose, glucose, high fructose, corn syrup, honey lactose, corn sweetener, corn syrup, malted barley, malt dextrin, maltose, mannitol, sorbitol, xylitol, fructose and sucrose.
    Variety of digestive problems both in the stomach and the intestine.
    Using of a toothbrush for more than 3months.
      POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS

      TONGUE SCRAPPING- scrapping has been one of the natural home remedy for thousand years. Brushing alone cannot remove all the creamy, whitish, brown like germs/bacterial one ones tongue as
      they are the major causes of mouth odor. It’s advisable you get a tongue scrapper in a store or

      supermarket near you. It’s usually a metal/plastic like with handle for easy grasp. But alternatively, a teaspoon can also be used if a scrapper is not within reach.

      Scrapping of the tongue should start from the rear end of the tongue since the papillae are the longest and harbor most odor causing bacterial and food. Scrap gently without gagging, rinse the scrapper after each stroke with water. Repeat this procedure more than once if required. Scrapping should be done after your normal daily brushing with fluoride toothpaste.

      N.B – Do not use the spoon for any other purpose.

      THE POWER OF GREEN- if halitosis is a (intestinal) or digestions problem. Chlorophyll tablet can be the an alternative cure as a result of poor undigested food, odors raft into/out of one’s mouth causing an offensive odor. Chlorophyll will help in cleansing of the digestive tract.

      Dosage- 3 chlorophyll tablet in the morning on an empty stomach or take 3 or more after every meal.
      Alternatively, buy a leafy green vegetable and squeeze the juice out and drink. E.g. Spinach, lettuce etc

      N.B- Taking chlorophyll tablet in the morning often can give your stool a tone of green. Needless to worry about is not harmful to your health.

      Gelatin Capsule- In the case of poor digestion too, gelatin is a distinctive chemical that breaks food down in one’s intestine replacing it with enzyme supplements will go a long way solving it.
       The four main digestive enzymes are Protein (Proteas), Carbohydrate (Amylase and Cellulose) and Fat (Lipase).

      Do not swallow the capsule. But, open and empty content in a 4-ounce glass of water, mix well and drink. Repeat this daily until you see a change.
